* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR THE ISLAND OF HAWAII IN HAWAII COUNTY

* UNTIL 515 PM HST

* AT 208 PM HST...RADAR SHOWED HEAVY RAIN OVER THE LOWER SLOPES OF
  THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII FROM ABOVE KAWAIHAE TO WAIKOLOA TO JUST
  NORTHEAST OF KAILUA-KONA. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY. RAINFALL RATES WERE AS HIGH AS 2 INCHES PER HOUR.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  PUAKO AND PUUANAHULU.
