* FLOOD STAGE IS 19.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO AROUND 21 FEET
  EARLY THIS MORNING...THEN FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE LATE THIS
  MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 22.0 FEET...HIGHWAY 30 NEAR MISSOURI VALLEY FLOODS.
