WILL BE WORKING ITS WAY INTO THE AREA AND THE MIN RH WILL BE MAINLY
IN THE 40S WITH SOME 30S IN HARLAN AND LETCHER COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL
MOISTURE AND SHOWERS WILL BE MOVING INTO THE AREA ON FRIDAY WITH THE
