KENTUCKY AS AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE AND SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE REMAIN
OVERHEAD. N TO NE WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO USHER IN DRY CANADIAN AIR
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...KEEPING RAIN CHANCES AT A
MINIMUM...BUT ALSO THREATENING MUCH OF EASTERN KENTUCKY WITH LOW RH
VALUES. DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS...MANY LOCATIONS CAN EXPECT RH VALUES

THE REGION TODAY. THE MOST WIDESPREAD COVERAGE WILL LIKELY BE OVER
THE FAR SOUTHEAST PORTION OF THE STATE DURING THE AFTERNOON. A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO ANTICIPATED. A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG...
AND PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL. THE COLD FRONT AND
PRECIPITATION WILL QUICKLY EXIT TO THE SOUTHEAST OVERNIGHT TONIGHT.
