15 MPH WILL TURN WEST TO NORTHWEST AND INCREASE TO NEAR 15 MPH WITH
THE HIGHEST WINDS ANTICIPATED IN THE UPPER KEYS.

COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF RAINFALL WILL BE LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
