FREEZING RAIN WILL CHANGE TO LIQUID RAIN THIS MORNING AS THE TEMPERATURE
WARMS ABOVE FREEZING ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA.  A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH OUR AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING.  THE
RAIN WILL CHANGE BACK TO FREEZING RAIN...THEN SLEET AND FINALLY SNOW
LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING ACROSS SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND
SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS.  ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHEAST
