A COLD FRONT HAS NOW PUSHED SOUTH OF THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.
MUCH O THE CONVECTION HAS PUSHED SOUTH OF THE AREA...HOWEVER SOME
SCATTERED SHOWER AND STORM ACTIVITY HAS DEVELOPED BEHIND THE FRONT
THIS AFTERNOON BEHIND THE FRONT. THIS ACTIVITY WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE
ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON
HOURS...WITH THIS ACTIVITY PUSHING SOUTH BY THIS EVENING.

A COOLER AND DRIER AIR MASS WILL BRIEFLY MOVE INTO THE AREA
TONIGHT AND THURSDAY...HOWEVER HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL QUICKLY
BUILD BACK INTO THE AREA FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY RESULTING IN
SEASONABLY HOT CONDITIONS. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH
THE AREA ON SUNDAY BRINGING A MUCH COOLER AND DRIER AIR MASS TO THE
REGION FOR THE FIRST HALF OF NEXT WEEK.
