.DISCUSSION...A BROAD AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDING FROM THE
GREAT LAKES DOWN INTO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL KEEP DRY
WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH SUNDAY. THE MAIN
BURNING ISSUE THROUGH THE DAY WILL BE THE LIGHT SURFACE AND
TRANSPORT WINDS. TRANSPORT WINDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO EXCEED 7 TO 8
MPH WITH EVEN LIGHTER WINDS AT THE SURFACE. THE INVERSION WILL
BEGIN TO SETUP OVER THE BURN SITE BETWEEN 6 PM AND 7 PM.

IT WILL BE VERY DRY TODAY AND SUNDAY WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES DROPPING TO 25 TO 30 PERCENT DURING THE PEAK HEATING OF
THE DAY. WINDS WILL BE MAINLY FROM THE NORTHWEST TODAY BUT TRENDING
MORE WESTERLY BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
