IN CONTROL OF THE WEATHER PATTERN THROUGH THE DAY.  SURFACE AND
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE WEST THROUGH THE MORNING...THEN
BECOMING WEST-NORTHWEST IN THE AFTERNOON.  SURFACE WINDS GENERALLY
LIGHT...WITH SPEEDS AROUND 5 MPH.  WIND GUSTS OF UP TO 10 MPH WILL
BE POSSIBLE FROM LATE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON.  THE ONLY CLOUD
COVER THROUGH THE DAY WILL COME FROM A THIN BAND OF CIRRUS THE WILL
MOVE IN FROM THE WEST THIS MORNING.  MINIMUM RH VALUES THIS
AFTERNOON WILL DROP DOWN TO AROUND 40 PERCENT.  FOG IS NOT EXPECTED
TO BE AN ISSUE TONIGHT.  FINALLY...THE MORNING INVERSION SHOULD BE
BROKEN DURING THE IGNITION TIME FRAME...BUT WILL SET BACK UP QUICKLY
