THE EASTERN SEABOARD...AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING IN THE GULF OF
MEXICO DRIFTS TO THE NE. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY SPREAD NE
INTO OUR REGION LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT. THOUGH A FEW SHOWERS OR
PATCHES OF LIGHT RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLIER...THE BULK OF THE
WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT RAIN MAY NOT REACH THE SPOT LOCATION UNTIL
LATE DAY. RAIN WILL THEN CONTINUE TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY. NE
SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE...AND
POSSIBLY BECOME BREEZY AT TIMES THROUGH THE PERIOD. EXPECT

TRANSPORT WIND WILL START OUR JUST NORTH OF EAST AT IGNITION TIME AND
GRADUALLY SHIFT TO JUST SOUTH OF EAST BY LATE AFTERNOON. MIXING HEIGHT
WILL SLOWLY RISE FROM AROUND 1K FT AT IGNITION TIME TO AROUND 4K FEET
LATE THIS AFTERNOON. RH SHOULD STAY ABOVE 25 PERCENT TODAY...FALLING
TO AROUND 30 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON. THE CHANCE OF FOG IS
LOW TONIGHT AS LOW CLOUDS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE AREA LATE
