.DISCUSSION...A FAST MOVING COLD FRONT WILL BE MOVING THROUGH THE
REGION DURING MONDAY MORNING.  CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE BY MONDAY
MORNING...WITH CONDITIONS BECOMING BROKEN BY THE BURN IGNITION TIME.
THE BIGGER ISSUE MAY BE DEALING WITH THE WINDS.  OUT AHEAD OF THE
FRONT...SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST AROUND
SUNRISE...THEN AS THE FRONT PUSHES THROUGH CLOSE TO THE IGNITION
TIME...WINDS WILL TURN MORE OUT OF THE WEST DURING LATE MORNING...BEFORE
BECOMING WEST TO NORTHWEST LATE IN THE AFTERNOON.  WIND SPEEDS WILL
ALSO BE AN ISSUE.  SPEEDS AROUND SUNRISE SHOULD BE AROUND 5 TO 10 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO 15...THEN THEY INCREASE BY LATE MORNING TO BETWEEN 10 TO
15 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 20 TO 25 MPH BEING POSSIBLE.  ALONG THE FRONT
THERE WILL ALSO BE AT LEAST A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SOME LIGHT RAINFALL.
SOME DRYING IS EXPECTED DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON BEHIND THE FRONT.
FOG IS NOT EXPECTED TO OCCUR TONIGHT NOR MONDAY NIGHT DUE TO DECENT
LOW LEVEL MIXING.
