BE ON THE DECREASE. EXPECT GENERALLY LIGHT WINDS BY MIDNIGHT
WHICH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING THURSDAY BEFORE
INCREASING SOME OUT OF THE WEST-SOUTHWEST DURING THE AFTERNOON.
THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE IN HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS TOMORROW AHEAD
OF NEXT SYSTEM APPROACHING THE WEST COAST. MINIMUM RELATIVE
