AROUND TO THE EAST AT SUNSET. SKIES WILL BE SUNNY ALTHOUGH
TEMPERATURES SLIGHTLY LOWER THAN YESTERDAY. AFTERNOON RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP DOWN TO NEAR 50 PERCENT. VERY LOW MIXING

MUCH OF THE DAY...EVENTUALLY STABILIZING OUT OF THE EAST BUT STILL
BELOW 10 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL BE A BIT COOLER
THAN YESTERDAY...WITH AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES A BIT
HIGHER. THERE IS SOME CLOUDS COMING DOWN INTO NORTHWESTERN
MINNESOTA THAT MAY MAKE A RUN AT THE BURN SITE...BUT THINK THEY
SHOULD STAY TO THE NORTHEAST AT THIS POINT AND SKIES WILL REMAIN
MOSTLY SUNNY. VERY LOW MIXING HEIGHTS SHOULD IMPROVE TO NEAR 2000
FT BY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL PICK UP OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH BY
