VARIABLE THROUGH LATE MORNING AS LOCAL CIRCULATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH
NEARBY TERRAIN MAY CHANNEL THE LIGHT WINDS. BUT AS WIND SPEEDS SLOWLY
INCREASE IN THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON...WIND DIRECTION WILL
BECOME SOUTHEAST. WITH DRY AIR ACROSS THE REGION...THE RELATIVE
HUMIDITY WILL FALL BELOW 30 PERCENT AROUND NOON. IN
