A CLEAR NIGHT IS IN STORE AS DRY AIR REMAINS IN PLACE THROUGH A
DEEP LAYER OF THE ATMOSPHERE.  SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL REMAIN IN THE 5 TO
15 MPH RANGE OVERNIGHT AND LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL SLOWLY INCREASE.
SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE BETWEEN 15 AND 25 MPH AND BECOME GUSTY
