A WEAK PRESSURE GRADIENT WITH THE SURFACE RIDGE NEAR BY WILL MAKE
FOR LIGHT SOUTHERLY WINDS ON WEDNESDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE
ON THURSDAY AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT INCREASES. DESPITE AND INCREASE
