THROUGH THE SNA AROUND THE NOON HOUR. THIS IS WHAT ACCOUNTS FOR THE WIND
SHIFT NOTED IN THE FORECAST FROM THE NW NOW TO THE SW BY THE AFTERNOON.
SPEEDS HOWEVER WILL BE LIGHT...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH
