STATE TODAY...INCREASING CHANCES FOR NUMEROUS SHOWERS...AND BRINGING A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE FIRE AREA. GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. EARLY MORNING RH VALUES ARE CURRENTLY
IN THE LOW TO MID 40S. WITH INCREASING MOISTURE EXPECTED ALL DAY...MIN RH IS
EXPECTED TO REMAIN NEAR OR ABOVE 40 PERCENT...AND COULD RISE AS HIGH AS 75
PERCENT ONCE RAIN BEGINS TODAY. GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS WILL ALSO BE FOUND TODAY
