CONDITIONS...WARMER TEMPERATURES...AND RELATIVELY LIGHT SURFACE
WINDS. SUSTAINED WINDS TODAY WILL BE PRIMARILY FROM A SOUTHERLY TO
SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION...AND GENERALLY LESS THAN 10 MPH. GUSTS 10
TO POSSIBLY UP TO 14 MPH AT TIMES WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING PEAK
HEATING HOURS. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES THIS MORNING...GENERALLY IN THE
UPPER 40 TO LOWER 60 PERCENT RANGE...WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE LOWER TO
MID 20 PERCENT RANGE THIS AFTERNOON. A FEW ISOLATED AREAS WITH
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES IN THE UPPER TEENS TO LOWER 20S CANNOT BE RULED
OUT.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERIES OVERNIGHT TONIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO BE
GOOD...GENERALLY 55-70 PERCENT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH

THURSDAY. TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT WILL ONCE AGAIN DIP BELOW FREEZING
FOR MANY LOCATIONS...ESPECIALLY IN SHELTERED VALLEYS. TEMPERATURES
WILL WARM NICELY ON THURSDAY...WITH MUCH OF THE LOWLANDS CLIMBING
INTO THE 60S FOR DAYTIME HIGHS.

WITH DRY DEWPOINTS RANGING INTO THE UPPER 20S...DIURNAL MIXING...AND
WARM TEMPERATURES ACROSS SOUTHEAST OHIO...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP
INTO THE MID TO LOWER 20S THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

A WEAK COOL FRONT WILL CROSS FRIDAY NIGHT.  WITH LIMITED
MOISTURE...ONLY A CHANCE OF SHOWERS IS MENTIONED WITH THAT FEATURE.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD BACK IN FOR THE WEEKEND...WITH MILD
TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS.

ANOTHER COLD FRONT CROSSES LATE MONDAY INTO EARLY TUESDAY.  THAT
FEATURE SHOULD HAVE MORE AVAILABLE MOISTURE. AS A RESULT...THERE IS
A HIGHER PROBABILITY FOR SHOWERS.
