WILL THEN BUILD EAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND UPPER GREAT LAKES
ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE MAKING ITS WAY ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. A 29.9 INCH LOW WILL DEVELOP OVER
LAKE HURON THURSDAY NIGHT AND TRACK SOUTHEAST TO PENNSYLVANIA ON
