AFTERNOON BETWEEN LAS VEGAS...CLINES CORNERS AND SANTA ROSA DUE TO
STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

WIDESPREAD CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING ALONG AND EAST OF THE RIO
GRANDE VALLEY DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY.

STRONG TO POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS ARE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED ALONG AND EAST OF THE
CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN. WIND GUSTS MAY TOP 60 MPH...CAUSING DAMAGE

WILL BE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW
HUMIDITIES ARE FORECAST AGAIN ON FRIDAY...MAINLY OVER CENTRAL TO
EASTERN AREAS OF THE STATE.

EVEN STRONGER WINDS ARE THEN EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND AS A VIGOROUS
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE STATE. SOME GUSTS MAY EVEN
APPROACH SEVERE LEVELS OF 60 MPH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WITH AREAS OF

WEATHER CONDITIONS.

SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO DEVELOP TODAY AND TONIGHT
WITH LOCALLY GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE MUCH MORE
WIDESPREAD WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH STRONGER WINDS
AND EVEN LOWER HUMIDITY. SOME WIND GUSTS MAY APPROACH 45 TO 50 MPH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON WITH AREAS OF BLOWING DUST POSSIBLE.

BY THIS WEEKEND A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
TOWARD NEW MEXICO...BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF STRONG WINDS AND
POTENTIALLY MORE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER TO THE STATE.
