PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL BE ENCOUNTERED ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN
NEW MEXICO EARLY THIS MORNING. THE VISIBILITY MAY BE BRIEFLY REDUCED
TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS AT PLACES LIKE LAS VEGAS...SPRINGER AND CLINES
CORNERS BEFORE 900 AM. OTHERWISE...ORGANIZED HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS
NOT EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT. HOWEVER...SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM
COVERAGE WILL RAMP UP AGAIN ACROSS EASTERN NEW MEXICO TONIGHT
TOWARD DAYBREAK THURSDAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THE NEXT WAVE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE
AREA THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. LOCALLY IF NOT FAIRLY
WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL IS FORECAST FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
EASTERN NEW MEXICO...WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL AND
SOUTHEAST AREAS WHERE 1 TO 2 INCH RAINFALL TOTALS COULD RESULT IN
LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING. THE FOCUS FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT NORTH AND EAST LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.

THE POTENTIAL FOR ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS WILL REMAIN GREATEST
OVER EASTERN NEW MEXICO ON FRIDAY...AND ESPECIALLY THE SOUTHEAST
PART. GOING INTO THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND...THE POTENTIAL FOR AT LEAST
A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE
EASTERN PLAINS. A LESS ACTIVE WEATHER PATTERN APPEARS TO BE IN
