THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION DUE TO STRONG
SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES. THE
STRONGEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS WILL OCCUR ALONG
AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 83 WHERE A WIND ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WITH THE STRONG WINDS WILL RANGE
BETWEEN 40 TO 50 PERCENT. AREAS ALONG THE MISSOURI RIVER WILL SEE
LOWER MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES DUE TO WARMER TEMPERATURES
IN THE 70S AND LOWER 80S. WINDS ALONG THE MISSOURI RIVER SHOULD
REMAIN UNDER 25 MPH DURING PEAK HEATING.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
