CENTRAL...SOUTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG AND EAST OF
A DRYLINE AROUND OR AFTER 4 PM CDT. SOME OF THE STORMS COULD
PRODUCE HAIL UP TO GOLF BALL SIZE ALONG WITH DAMAGING WIND GUSTS.

STRONG SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER CENTRAL AND PARTS
OF SOUTHWEST KANSAS FROM MID MORNING THROUGH THIS EVENING. SEE THE
LATEST WIND ADVISORY PRODUCT FOR MORE INFORMATION.

CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER FAR
SOUTHWEST KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON. SEE THE LATEST RED FLAG WARNING

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTH THROUGH WESTERN KANSAS THIS
EVENING. GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL OCCUR FOR A FEW HOURS BEHIND THE
FRONT. THIS COULD CAUSE SOME AREAS OF BLOWING DUST.

WINDS BECOME GUSTY FROM THE SOUTH AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS
FALL TO AROUND 25 PERCENT. WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE OVER FAR SOUTHWEST KANSAS THIS EVENING AND ACROSS WEST
CENTRAL INTO CENTRAL KANSAS OVERNIGHT. WHILE WIDESPREAD SEVERE
WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED, A FEW OF THE STORMS COULD PRODUCE GUSTY
WINDS AND SMALL HAIL THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THERE WILL BE AN INCREASED THREAT FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS OVER FAR SOUTHWEST KANSAS ON WEDNESDAY. SEE THE LATEST
FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR MORE DETAILS. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL KANSAS WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FEW OF THE STORMS COULD BE CAPABLE OF

A DRYLINE IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHWEST KANSAS ON
WEDNESDAY. EAST OF THE DRYLINE, STRONG SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP. SCATTERED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO EXPECTED
TO DEVELOP ALONG AND EAST OF THE DRYLINE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.

WEST OF THE DRYLINE, GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP WHICH WILL LEAD TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS.

TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORM
FROM MID AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

ON WEDNESDAY, A DRYLINE IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHWEST
KANSAS. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHWEST
KANSAS ALONG THE DRYLINE. SOME OF THE STORMS COULD BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS, ALONG WITH AN ISOLATED
TORNADO. TO THE WEST OF THE DRYLINE, RED FLAG CONDITIONS COULD
DEVELOP AS LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP.
