THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NM AND TX.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE FAR WEST
AND FAR EASTERN AREAS THIS AFTERNOON AND INCREASE IN COVERAGE ACROSS
THE REMAINDER OF THE REGION OVERNIGHT. THESE STORMS ARE NOT
EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE...BUT THE STRONGEST STORMS COULD PRODUCE
WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND SMALL HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY BE CONTINUING
THROUGH SATURDAY WITH THE BEST CHANCES EAST OF THE RIO GRANDE.
THERE WILL BE MODERATE INSTABILITY IN PLACE AND A COUPLE OF STORMS
COULD BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DIME TO QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND WIND
GUSTS TO 50 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE UNDER A
QUARTER INCH...BUT MOUNTAIN LOCATIONS COULD RECEIVE OVER THREE-
QUARTERS OF AN INCH BY SUNDAY MORNING.

WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL RETURN FOR EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH
POSSIBLE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL BE AFFECTING THE REGION FRIDAY AND
SATURDAY. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED STARTING FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING THROUGH SATURDAY
EVENING. THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE...BUT
COULD PRODUCE UP TO DIME SIZE HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH.

ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL APPROACH THE REGION TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY AND BRING A RETURN TO WINDY AND DRY CONDITIONS.
WEDNESDAY COULD HAVE WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS WHICH
WOULD COMBINE WITH THE VERY DRY CONDITIONS TO CREATE A DANGEROUS
FIRE WEATHER DAY.
