THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT PARTS OF THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN
UNTIL MID MORNING. OTHERWISE ANOTHER ROUND OF LIGHT RAIN IS
EXPECTED TODAY MAINLY FROM THE VALLEY EAST. THIS AFTERNOON AN
APPROACHING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR
AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS TO THE VALLEY REGION AND
ADJACENT AREAS. FINALLY TONIGHT RAIN MAY MIX WITH OR CHANGE OVER
TO SNOW NEAR LAKE OF THE WOODS. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR SEVERAL
INCHES OF SNOW BY MORNING.

ACTIVE WEATHER WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK AS ANOTHER

DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH AND HIGHER GUSTS WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF THE REGION TODAY. WINDS WILL DIMINISH BY
EVENING. AREAS OF RAIN WILL SLOWLY SPREAD NORTHEAST ACROSS THE
REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS
AFTERNOON ACROSS AREAS ALONG THE DAKOTAS BORDER.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

CHANCES FOR RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY. COLDER AIR SAGGING
INTO THE REGION MAY SWITCH ANY RAIN OVER TO SNOW ACROSS THE FAR
NORTH WITH SNOW ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT IN THE LAKE
OF THE WOODS REGION.

INTO THE WESTERN DAKOTAS LATE TONIGHT. AS IT DOES SHOWERS ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN PART OF THE REGION
TONIGHT LIFTING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS
EXPECTED.

SPRING SNOW MELT RIVERINE FLOODING CONTINUES ALONG THE NORTHERN RED
RIVER. REFER TO THE LATEST FLOOD WARNINGS AND STATEMENTS FOR
DETAILED INFORMATION ON SPECIFIC LOCATIONS.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

AN ACTIVE PERIOD WILL SET UP FROM WEDNESDAY TO THE END OF THE WORK
WEEK AS A SLOW MOVING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CROSSES THE REGION.
MUCH OF THE REGION WILL SEE RAIN WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY. SOME
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THURSDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL DROP
THROUGH THE REGION THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY WITH RAIN CHANCES
CONTINUING POSSIBLY MIXING WITH SNOW LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND EARLY
FRIDAY.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
