COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TODAY MAINLY OVER THE
COLORADO MOUNTAINS.

LOCALIZED FREEZING TEMPERATURES NEAR DAYBREAK ARE EXPECTED FOR
THE LOWER VALLEYS...WHICH MAY THREATEN TENDER VEGETATION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY

FRIDAY...FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY APPROACH CRITICAL FOR SOME
LOWER ELEVATIONS OF SOUTHWEST COLORADO...DUE TO LOW HUMIDITY AND
INCREASING SOUTHWEST WINDS.

SATURDAY...A POTENTIALLY STRONG SPRING STORM WILL BRING STRONG
GUSTY WINDS TO THE REGION ON SATURDAY. SHOWERS WILL BE DEVELOPING
FROM THE WEST AND SPREAD EASTWARD DURING THE DAY.

RAIN AND SNOW IS LIKELY FOR THE WESTERN COLORADO MOUNTAINS ON
SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW POSSIBLE ABOVE
9000 FEET. COOLER AND UNSETTLED CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO
MONDAY...ESPECIALLY FOR NORTHWEST COLORADO.

STRONG GUSTY WINDS OF 35 TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE LOWER
VALLEYS. SCATTERED AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
ARE MAY PRODUCE EVEN STRONGER WIND GUSTS. SHOWERS AND WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST AFTER MIDNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED MOUNTAIN SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE ON
WEDNESDAY.

OF WESTERN COLORADO THIS AFTERNOON...PRIMARILY EAST OF EAGLE...
ASPEN...CRESTED BUTTE...AND TELLURIDE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...STRONG GUSTY WINDS OF 35 TO 45
MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE DESERT VALLEYS OF EASTERN
UTAH...NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL COLORADO. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO FORM ALONG THE HIGHER
TERRAIN...OUTFLOW WINDS MAY ENHANCE THE STRONG WIND GUSTS.

TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...ACCUMULATING SNOW OF A FEW
INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE ELKHEAD MOUNTAINS AND PARK RANGE.
SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE FOR THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MOUNTAIN PASSES
AS WELL.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM MAY BRING GUSTY WINDS
