.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PERSIST OVER CENTRAL KANSAS THIS
MORNING. THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE STRONG OR SEVERE.

SUSTAINED WIND MAY APPROACH 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 40
MPH IN THE AREA SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM SALINA TO GREAT BEND...
AND NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM CHENEY TO ELDORADO.

SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OR MOVE INTO CENTRAL KANSAS
BETWEEN 5 PM AND 8 PM. STORMS INITIALLY MAY PRODUCE GOLF BALL OR
LARGER HAIL AND WINDS TO 60 MPH. THE STORMS SHOULD DEVELOP INTO A
LINE BY 9 PM. ONCE THE LINE DEVELOPS...THE THREAT FOR LARGE HAIL
WILL DIMINISH...BUT THE WIND THREAT WILL INCREASE. 65 TO 75 MPH
WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL KANSAS WITH THE LINE
OF STORMS. THE SEVERE THREAT WILL WANE AFTER MIDNIGHT...BUT STRONG
STORMS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ARE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

SEVERE WEATHER IS LOOKING INCREASINGLY LIKELY ON MONDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS. STORMS WITH
DAMAGING WINDS...ISOLATED LARGE HAIL AND FLOODING ARE PROBABLE
DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  WHILE THE SEVERE THREAT WILL
WANE AS THE NIGHT PROGRESSES...THE THREAT FOR FLOODING WILL
