WILL BE MARGINAL FOR EXERCISE CAUTION. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
DIMINISH THROUGH TONIGHT.

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
CAN BE EXPECTED OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TODAY WITH CHANCES
DECREASING TONIGHT. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED...BUT A FEW STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS TO 30 KT AND
BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE MILE.
