CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES WILL CONTINUE OVER THE MOUNTAINS ALONG THE
CONTINENTAL DIVIDE TONIGHT. IN ADDITION...BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED OVER THE EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS OVERNIGHT...AS
STRONG WINDS REDEVELOP AND CAUSE SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY. THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS
WILL SEE SNOW TONIGHT WITH SEVERAL INCHES OF ACCUMULATION BY
MONDAY MORNING. LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
OVER PORTIONS OF EL PASO AND TELLER COUNTIES...AND THE SOUTHERN
INTERSTATE 25 CORRIDOR.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. ACCUMULATING
SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER THE MOUNTAINS OF THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE
MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...WITH THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL
EXPECTED MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS...WITH INTENSE SNOWFALL RATES OF 2 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR
AND SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ARE EXPECTED OVER THE
EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS ESPECIALLY LATE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY
MORNING. PERIODS OF SNOW WILL BE SEEN OVER THE REST OF THE
MOUNTAINS AND HIGH MOUNTAIN VALLEYS MONDAY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...WITH LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED.
BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE HIGHER
TERRAIN...ESPECIALLY MONDAY AND TUESDAY...CAUSING AREAS OF REDUCED
VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGH
MOUNTAIN PASSES.

GENERALLY LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE
SOUTHEAST PLAINS AND I-25 CORRIDOR TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
MIDDAY WEDNESDAY. WELL BELOW AVERAGE TEMPERATURES WILL AGAIN BE
EXPERIENCED ACROSS THE AREA TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...AS ANOTHER
ROUND OF ARCTIC AIR SURGES ACROSS THE ROCKIES.
