THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE WESTERN TWO THIRDS OF
UTAH AND SOUTHWEST WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY AS A
COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE AREA. THE FRONT CROSS NORTHWEST UTAH
THIS AFTERNOON AND STALL ACROSS CENTRAL UTAH OVERNIGHT. THE
HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR ALONG THE COLD FRONT...ALTHOUGH
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGHOUT THE OUTLOOK AREA SHOULD BE GENERALLY
WETTER THAN THEY HAVE BEEN THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS. LOCALLY GUSTY
OUTFLOW WINDS ARE STILL POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY NEAR SOME OF THE
STRONGER STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

A STRONGER COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE AREA LATE SATURDAY
PRODUCING WIDESPREAD VALLEY RAIN ALONG WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW IN
THE MOUNTAINS. VALLEY RAIN AND MOUNTAIN SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
SUNDAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF SUNDAY EVENING. GUSTY WINDS WILL BE
POSSIBLE BEHIND THE FRONT SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS THE NORTHWEST AND EASTERN VALLEYS OF UTAH...AND THE CANYONS
OF WASHINGTON COUNTY.
