LOCATED 13 NM NORTHEAST OF PALACIOS BAY...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 25 TO
30 KNOTS. AT 755 PM CDT...THIS THUNDERSTORM PRODUCED A WIND GUST OF
27 KNOTS IN BAY CITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER

RECORDED A WIND GUST OF 33 KNOTS ASSOCIATED WITH OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES
