THE COMBINATION OF A SHALLOW MARINE INVERSION AND WEAK WINDS WILL
CONTINUE TO CREATE AREAS OF DENSE FOG THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON
ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS. MANY AREAS WILL EXPERIENCE VISIBILITIES
OF ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS THROUGH THE PERIOD.

MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ABRUPT VISIBILITY CHANGES DOWN TO
ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS. REDUCE SPEEDS AND BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR
EXPOSED ROCKS AND OTHER VESSELS...AND USE RADAR OR GPS NAVIGATION
IF AVAILABLE.
