AND STRONG WINDS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE LAGUNA MADRE THROUGH LATE THIS
MORNING. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE LATER THIS MORNING...HOWEVER
ADVERSE MARINE CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON. MARINE CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE TONIGHT AS SURFACE
