* WINDS: NORTH WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS 25 TO 35 KNOTS THIS
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WINDS WILL DIMINISH SOME OVERNIGHT
  THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING BEFORE INCREASING AGAIN...LIKELY TO
  SIMILAR SPEEDS WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT...SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING.

* SEAS: NORTHWEST SEAS WILL BECOME STEEP AT 6 TO 10 FEET WITH A
