CHAIN. MOVEMENT OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHEAST AT
10 TO 15 KNOTS. OVER LAND...MOST OF THE MIDDLE AND UPPER KEYS WILL
RECEIVE LIGHT RAIN...BUT ANOTHER ROUND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN
SHOULD MOVE BACK INTO THE LOWER KEYS WHERE AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF TO
POSSIBLE ONE INCH OF RAINFALL IS LIKELY. THE STRONGER CELLS WILL BE
FOUND ON THE NEARSHORE AND OFFSHORE WATERS SOUTH OF THE LOWER
KEYS...AS WELL AS THE OUTER WATERS OF MAINLAND MONROE. STRONGER CELLS
WILL DELIVER WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH...CUT VISIBILITY TO BELOW 4
MILES IN MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES.
