A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE SITUATED OFFSHORE OF TAMPA BAY WILL
COMBINE WITH ABUNDANT MOISTURE AND SURFACE HEATING TO PRODUCE
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW LIGHTNING STORMS.  ACTIVITY WILL MOVE
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT AROUND 20 MPH.  BRIEFLY HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH
WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE HEAVIER SHOWERS.
RAIN AMOUNTS OF A QUARTER TO HALF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH
DUSK.
