KISSIMMEE AND MELBOURNE ACROSS ORLANDO AND LAKE COUNTY TO VOLUSIA
COUNTY THROUGH MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.  IN ADDITION TO LIGHTNING
STRIKES...THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE FOR GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH DUE TO
