COLUMBUS TO NEAR UTICA MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT AROUND 35 MPH.   THE
STORMS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR COLUMBUS TOWARD
THE SEWARD AREA THEN EAST TOWARD FREMONT AND WAHOO THROUGH 1000 PM.
THE STRONGER STORMS COULD ALSO PRODUCE WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH AND
SMALL HAIL.

THESE STORMS WILL CONTAIN DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...A PERIOD OF HEAVY
RAIN AND SMALL HAIL.  IN ADDITION...THE STORMS COULD STRENGTHEN AND
PRODUCE LARGER HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS AND A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM.
