NORTH IDAHO PANHANDLE FROM OLDTOWN TO BONNERS FERRY, HOWEVER
POCKETS OF DENSE FOG WILL ALSO BE FOUND AROUND SPOKANE...COEUR
D`ALENE...AND COLVILLE. VISIBILITIES WILL CHANGE RAPIDLY OVER
SHORT DISTANCES SO MOTORISTS SHOULD PREPARE ACCORDINGLY. ALSO SUB-
FREEZING TEMPERATURES COULD ALSO LEAD TO FROSTY CONDITIONS EARLY
THIS MORNING ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND LESSER TRAVELED ROADS. THE
FOG IS EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE BEFORE MIDDAY.
