PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS FORMED IN THE WALLA WALLA VALLEY ALONG THE
BLUE MOUNTAIN FOOTHILLS OF WASHINGTON. THE VISIBILITY WILL BE
LOCALLY REDUCED TO A QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. THE FOG
WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AND THEN WILL
DISSIPATE BY MID MORNING. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE
CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN VISIBILITY CHANGES WHEN
TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING.

THE AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EARLY EVENING ACROSS THE EXTREME SOUTHERN
PORTION OF THE GRANDE RONDE VALLEY. WIND GUSTS WILL PEAK AT AROUND
45 MPH. TRAVEL ALONG HIGHWAY 203 WILL EXPERIENCE SEVERE CROSS
WINDS.
