ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES WILL BE DOWN TO A QUARTER
  MILE THROUGH 8AM OR 9AM...AND THEN IMPROVE TO AT LEAST SEVERAL
  MILES SHORTLY AFTER THAT TIME.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS WITH
  VERY LIMITED SIGHT DISTANCE BETWEEN VEHICLES AND OTHER OBJECTS.
