NEW MEXICO BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON.THIS WILL ALLOW WINDS TO
INCREASE THROUGHOUT THIS MORNING AND LAST MOST OF THE AFTERNOON.
STRONG WINDS HAVE SPREAD INTO A WIDER PORTION OF THE LOWLANDS
