* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...THE TENNESSEE RIVER VALLEY REGION OF
  JACKSON AND MARSHALL COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST ALABAMA UNTIL 9 AM CDT
  THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF OF A MILE.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST IN THE TENNESSEE RIVER
  VALLEY AND VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE WILL
  RESULT IN HAZARDOUS TRAVELING CONDITIONS.
