THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SEATTLE HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY FOR MOST OF THE NORTH INTERIOR OF WESTERN
WASHINGTON...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT PST TONIGHT.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...PORT TOWNSEND...THE SAN JUAN ISLANDS
  INCLUDING FRIDAY HARBOR...WHIDBEY ISLAND INCLUDING OAK
  HARBOR...BELLINGHAM...AND MARIETTA.

* TIMING...SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH MIDDAY TODAY AND
  BECOME STRONGEST LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WINDS WILL
  EASE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WIND...SOUTHEAST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN BREAK TREE BRANCHES AND CAUSE
  LOCAL POWER OUTAGES.
