ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MST THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ABOVE 5000 FEET STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS OF
  30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 TO 55 MPH WILL RESULT IN
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTHEAST
  ARIZONA.

* TIMING...THESE WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE AROUND SUNRISE AND
  WILL BECOME STRONGER THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS THE LOW PRESSURE
  SYSTEM TO OUR WEST MOVES ACROSS ARIZONA.

* WINDS...ABOVE 5000 FEET SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS WILL START THE DAY
  AT AROUND 15 TO 25 MPH...BUT WILL QUICKLY INCREASE TO 30 TO 40
  MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 TO 55 MPH IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF
