AT CHICAGO...THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 73.7 DEGREES WHICH IS
1.1 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 54.2
DEGREES WHICH IS 0.1 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 63.9 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.7 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
2.70 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WERE RECORDED WHICH IS 0.50 INCHES BELOW
NORMAL.
