HOWEVER...THE COLDEST IN WEST VIRGINIA WAS 10 DEGREES ON THE
MOUNTAINTOP AT SNOWSHOE. EVEN CANAAN HEIGHTS IN TUCKER COUNTY
REACHED 14 DEGREES. FROST IN POCAHONTAS COUNTY AND THE COOPERATIVE
OBSERVER IN BECKLEY ALSO REACHED INTO THE TEENS...BOTH RECORDING
19 DEGREES.

THE COLDEST IN SOUTHEAST OHIO WAS WATERLOO OF LAWRENCE COUNTY WITH
20 DEGREES.

THE COLDEST REPORTED TEMPERATURE IN NORTHEAST KENTUCKY WAS 21
DEGREES FROM GRAYSON.

THE COLDEST READING IN BUCHANAN AND DICKENSON COUNTIES OF SOUTHWEST
