* WIND: SOUTH AT 15 TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURE: NEAR NORMAL IN THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 70S.

* FUELS: CRITICALLY DRY.

* TIMING: HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE ABOVE 20 PERCENT BY 8
  PM...ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL LIKELY REMAIN BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH.

THESE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF LARGE GRASS
FIRES. OUTDOOR BURNING AND ACTIVITIES THAT CAUSE OPEN SPARKS OR FLAMES

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: 13 TO 16 PERCENT BY THIS AFTERNOON

* WIND: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS APPROACHING
  30 MPH.

* TEMPERATURE: NEAR NORMAL...GENERALLY IN THE MID TO UPPER 70S

* FUELS: CRITICALLY DRY

* TIMING: RH VALUES WILL FALL TO BELOW 20 PERCENT BY NOON AND
  REACH THEIR LOWEST LEVELS BY 3PM. WIND WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE
  SOUTHWEST AROUND 20 MPH THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY BUT WILL
  GRADUALLY SWING TO THE SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST BY 6PM. RH VALUES WILL
  CLIMB BACK ABOVE 20 PERCENT BY 8 PM.

THESE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF LARGE
GRASS FIRES. OUTDOOR BURNING AND ACTIVITIES THAT CAUSE OPEN SPARKS
OR FLAMES ARE DISCOURAGED.
