YESTERDAY COMBINED WITH THE SNOW MELT ACROSS NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND
HAS LEAD TO A RISE IN SEVERAL OF THE RIVERS. PORTIONS OF THE
CONNECTICUT RIVER IS SEEING THE MOST IMPACT OF THIS COMBINATION
WITH SEVERAL SITES IN MINOR FLOOD WITH MIDDLE HADDAM EXPECTED
TO REACH MODERATE FLOOD. LATEST GUDIANCE SUGGEST THAT A SOME
SITES OF THE LOWER CONNECTICUT RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO RISE
AND STAY ABOVE FLOOD THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.

THE REST OF THE REGIONS RIVERS HAD MODERATE RISES THIS EARLY MORNING
BUT WILL REMAIN BELOW ACTION STAGE AND CREST BY THURSDAY.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING DRY...BUT SEASONABLY COOL WEATHER TO THE
REGION THROUGH FRIDAY.

INCHES ARE EXPECTED. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN...COMBINED WITH SNOW MELT
FROM NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND CHANNELING ITS WAY SOUTH...WILL CAUSE
PORTIONS OF THE LOWER CONNECTICUT RIVER TO CONTINUE TO RISE AND STAY
ABOVE FLOOD THROUGH MID WEEK.

THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...
WIDESPREAD RAIN WITH HEAVIER SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
