* At 7.0 feet...A small strip of land on the north bank begins to
overflow.

Near Plymouth:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 8 AM Wednesday stage was 31.5 feet and rising.
* The flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 31.8 feet this afternoon.
* At 32.0 feet...Minor flooding can be expected along both banks.
Road A near the gage site becomes flooded especially south of the
river.
