  Kaskaskia River affecting Vandalia and Carlyle TW


.This hydrologic statement is based on recent heavy rainfall and releases
from Carlyle Lake for the tailwater forecast...

Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.
