* At 9PM Thursday the stage was 6.5 feet.
* No flooding is currently forecast.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* The river is forecast to rise to near 7.9 feet tomorrow early
  afternoon.
* At 5.0 feet... Near this height, Peola Road begins flooding along
  the west bank of the Black River south of Lesterville.
