Water levels can be expected to rise on the Right Hand Chute Little
River...Saint Francis River.


At 10 AM Monday, the stage on the Saint Francis River at Lake City
was 8.6 feet and rising. Flood stage is 10.0 feet.At 10.0 feet,
Flooding is occurring in the swamps along the river..

At 11 AM Monday, the stage on the Right Hand Chute Little River at
Rivervale was 7.9 feet and falling. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

The next River Statement will be issued this evening or sooner if conditions
warrant.

Water levels can be expected to fall on the Hatchie River...Obion
River... and remain a little high on the Saint Francis River.


At 8 PM Saturday, the stage on the Saint Francis River at Lake City
was 9.5 feet and steady. Flood stage is 10.0 feet.At 10.0 feet,
Flooding is occurring in the swamps along the river..

At 8 PM Saturday, the stage on the Obion River near Obion was 30.8
feet and falling. Flood stage is 34.0 feet.

At 8 PM Saturday, the stage on the Hatchie River at Rialto was 12.4
feet and falling. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

The next River Statement will be issued tomorrow morning or sooner if conditions
warrant.
