Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast
to range from 0.10 to 1.00 inches. The forecast precipitation amounts
are expected to increase from north to south.

River trends...
Significant rises are expected along the Monongahela, Cheat,
Youghiogheny and Upper Ohio Rivers over the next 24 to 36 hours.
Flood warnings have been issued for Rowlesburg on the Cheat River,
Connellsville and Sutersville on the Youghiogheny River, and
Elizabeth and Charleroi on the Monongahela River. Minor flooding is
anticipated at these locations.
