FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY. ACCUMULATING
SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE MAINLY ALONG AND NORTHEAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER VALLEY WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS AROUND 2 INCHES ACROSS NORTH
