AFTERNOON...WITH A COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTH THROUGH EASTERN
MINNESOTA. A SECOND LOW PRESSURE CENTER WAS OVER SOUTHEASTERN
SASKATCHEWAN...WITH A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDING WESTWARD INTO
ALBERTA.

THIS AFTERNOON...EXPECT PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND FAIRLY MILD
CONDITIONS OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS. ISOLATED
TO SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL SPREAD FROM THE EASTERN DAKOTAS INTO
MINNESOTA...WHILE ISOLATED LIGHT RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN NORTHEASTERN MONTANA...THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN
PRAIRIES...AND INTO WESTERN AND NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA. HIGHS WILL
RANGE FROM THE 30S IN SOUTHERN CANADA...TO THE LOWER 60S IN
SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA. BREEZY TO VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL ALSO
